2. Bookings, Estimates & Payments
Ocean Vibe Hawaii does not own or manage any vacation rental properties. When you click on accommodation or tour links on our website, you will be redirected to third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Viator, FareHarbor, or other affiliate partners. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and guest communications are handled directly by those third-party providers under their own terms and policies.
Ocean Vibe Hawaii may earn a commission when bookings are made through our affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.
In the future, Ocean Vibe Hawaii may offer direct booking services for select properties. Any such services will be clearly indicated and governed by separate booking terms provided at that time.
3. Property Owner Services
Ocean Vibe Hawaii offers supplemental property services to homeowners, including but not limited to AC installation, shower glass restoration, and interior design and upgrades.
Depending on the nature of the service, work may be performed directly by Ocean Vibe Hawaii or coordinated through licensed third-party contractors. Payment may be collected by Ocean Vibe Hawaii or directly by the contractor, as specified at the time of estimate confirmation.
All requests begin with an inquiry and estimate. Work will be scheduled only after estimate approval.
4. Payments & Estimates
All prices are quoted in USD. Specific payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking or estimate confirmation. Ocean Vibe Hawaii does not collect payment for third-party bookings made through affiliate links.
5. Cancellation Policy
For third-party bookings (vacation rentals, tours, and experiences), cancellation terms are governed by the respective third-party provider. Guests are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing a booking.
For property owner services, once work is scheduled, cancellations may be subject to deposits or fees for work already arranged.
